Railers Wrap up a solid season !
Barely missing the playoffs !
The LCHS Railers wrapped up their 2008 season with a convincing 39-0 win over Peoria Manual (pictures coming soon!) to finish the season at 4-5. just missing the playoffs while making a strong run going 4-1 over their final 5 games. The improvements in the football program at LCHS are starting to show as they continue to extend their number of wins each season getting closer and closer to that long awaited winning season and post-season Playoff spot. We look forward to these young men putting forth the time, effort, and desire during this off season with optimism that next season will be a continuation of what they have shown they are capable of doing.
Thanks to all the effort from these young men as they continued to put on a show for us every Friday night. Thanks to the coaching staff and all the parents who continue to provide their time and effort into making the football program at LCHS one that we are all proud of. Thanks to the staff at CITV5 for continuing to provide complete coverage of all LCHS football contests, both home and away, and helping make this season another enjoyable one. Already looking forward to next season's kickoff!!!
